I agree that I, and all those for whom I sign this register, shall be bound by the express condition that Mongi Guest House and its employees shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss sustained or suffered during our stay. I also acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of the account, including any charges incurred by those for whom I sign, regardless of any indication that payment may be made by or sent to any other party.
